Book a Table at the Riversdale Table-Top Sale!
Join us for a fun community table-top sale and turn your pre-loved items, handmade crafts, homegrown produce and baked goods into cash — all while supporting Riversdale Primary School.
The event will take place in the school playground on Sunday 28th June, 10am–1pm, with all proceeds from table bookings going towards funding new playground equipment for our pupils.
Whether you’re clearing out children’s clothes and toys, selling homemade cakes, handmade crafts, books, plants or vintage treasures, we’d love to have you involved.
Table Prices
- Early Bird Tables: £15 (limited availability)
- Standard Tables: £20
Each table measures approximately 120cm x 60cm.
You keep 100% of the money you make on the day.
Refreshments & Activities
There will also be:
- homemade cakes
- tea & coffee
- soft drinks
- ice creams
- activities for children
We’re hoping to create a lively, family-friendly community event with plenty of bargains, homemade treats and local creativity — and we’re excited for you to be part of it!

Selling Terms
The following items may NOT be sold:
- alcohol
- cigarettes or vapes
- fireworks or explosives
- flammable liquids
- counterfeit or stolen goods
- illegal, unsafe or age-restricted items
The organisers reserve the right to refuse the sale of any unsuitable items.
Sellers are responsible for:
- pricing and supervising their own items
- managing transactions during the event
- bringing any display materials they wish to use
- bringing change/float for cash payments
- removing all unsold items and rubbish afterwards
Children remain the responsibility of their parent/carer at all times.
Homemade Food & Allergen Information
Sellers offering homemade food items are responsible for clearly labelling any known allergens.
Please note that Riversdale is a nut-free school, therefore food items containing nuts or nut products must not be brought onto the school site.
Wet Weather Plans
The event will go ahead in most weather conditions.
We will attempt to provide cover using gazebos and may move some tables indoors into the school dining hall, although indoor space is limited and not all tables will fit inside.
We will only cancel the event if absolutely necessary due to unsafe or severe weather conditions.
In the event of cancellation, table fees will be refunded.
